The rules(because this out of hand and big time)

First thing don't but that person that goes it the your way or the high way. The admins have been doing this and now something is going to black fire oh and the the ones that are going will I am not scaring people a way will you are. Not so much senior but the other big time remember you can ban me from here delete my post but I can't be touched on dn I know the head admin and get him to so rulings for me in rank when he is on.

But I am sorry it is has to be this way iron fists ruling hurts people a lot more then it help if you want look at why I say that look up WW2. Now if you ban someone the person that is getting blasted with pm's is going to be pissed. Banning people doesn't make friends. If you want people to come back be friendly. Getting new people great but do they stay and we are number one in getting people.

before you are like what ever just remember who been there threw the hard times, not the new people but yet they are getting first rights on everything and even killing the chat.

If you want a fight go fight some else I am done with the fighting your right we need blaster like dragon ruler noobs play forget what is important and make friends foes.

When everyone wants one way but you admins and you want the other way and your shock we don't like it. I hope this helps you are right now the death of us oh I did do some study's and what I fould we had just from the members that I can fine on dn that never log in which that number so big like 30 people on dn have an account here and know about it, 80% say ya people there are cool just they don't like how it is run. So I ask why we fighting to show we are right or to make people pissed / trolled. i agree. when the voices of the members are simply ignored and insulted, then any organization is bound to fail.

Since one of the admins argues that we are not well educated enough to make a strong and valid opinion, let me take the "scholastic route":

Management 101 Pointers:   
clearly defined set policies and regulations are a must for any successful organization, which should be based on the organizations objectives and must be achieved through:
       a. negotiation of rules of relevant, key leaders within the organization from all levels (that means, non-totalitarian rule definition).
       b. evaluation of objective committees formed to impartially evaluate and give an opinion on the policies set
       c. approval by all stakeholders (since this is a not-for-profit organization) 
       d. effective communication in all levels, through well defined, documented and published means of communication.

so let me break it down for ya'll who might not get the lingo,

1. leaders don't simply dictate how things are done. they communicate. they listen and consider the opinion of their constituents. 

2. in an organization such as an academy like this policies have to have approval first not just by one leader but by all admins and after consultation of their subordinates.

"companies rise and fall." true.

but what makes even the long living, wide expanding, companies come crashing down?

a lot of things, yes. but never free from the reasons wherein leaders act like jerks and dictators....and those with the power choosing to remain silent.

unity, comes with harmony. harmony with effective communication. lose that, then Destructor Dueling Academy, with it's internal conflicts, is bound to self-destruct (pun intended).

and, the members who dont log in prefer other academies, cuz they say they dont understand and they're bored cuz no ones logged in here ( i research inactive members as well). thats what they mean my dont like how its run

im the only hated admin so think about this while your at it, your the one always passing rude comments, even when it seems your not there you still find a way to start up something (for example even right now), cuz idk wut i did to you in the past couple o hours

I agree with the name of the topic, this is out of hand. And what Linlee says certainly has some thought behind it. I never made the claim that other members were too uneducated to make decisions, I hope that wasn't directed at me.

Necro's methods are quite extreme, I will not argue on that point. But he sees extreme circumstances, and he takes extreme actions in response. He has made a number of large changes since his short time of reappearing here, and many were met with dislike. Necro treated those responses with disdain and punishment, which I also believe is a bit too harsh.

However, Necro is also doing something that has not been done in DDA, and likewise has not been done by the people speaking against him; He is actually putting forward ideas and solutions, instead of merely pointing out problems. To use this very thread as an example, Both Gir and Linlee said that the current system is flawed and doesn't work. But they also did not point out any new ideas, no realistic rules or guidelines of any sort. There is no way for any of the admins to meet your demands if you are not specific of your demands in the first place.

Necro is trying quite hard to make this a lively academy, hosting numerous tournaments, adding new things to the forum, and recruiting and trying to test multiple people, while also promoting people, like myself, that he decided should be promoted, and demoted others. On the other hand, there are numerous people who got demoted or otherwise mistreated by Necro who did not deserve the punishments he gave them. But nothing can and nothing will be done unless both sides try and reach an agreement. Otheriwse, it will only escalate. Please try and act rationally and reasonably, no insults or wild accusations on either side, they lead to nothing.

No, it wasn't directed at you. The reason I won't be pointing out who, is because I have kept no strong evidence and it's pointless to say "this person did that" without having much reference to back it up. The only concern I have is on the wrong that is done. And I hope it won't be repeated in the future by anyone.

I, and q77e if i must name have been presenting suggestions in previous threads. But there has been little if no response. Yes, q77e has "misbehaved" (and thus leading to his ban) but he was to the first to forward a document with the basic propositions we would like to make.

The first statement, I already dealt with above. As for the last statement I would like to see the official thread on this. If there isn't, I suggest making one since everyone will be able to put out their thoughts and suggestions in their own convenient time (A point had already previously presented in the thread I mentioned earlier, but so far the only response I got in that thread was from q77e (now banned). Documentation guys, documentation. The chatbox has a short wick in keeping the conversations that has happened since time immemorial. XD

I agree. Point of honesty, we all have misbehaved. Just wanted to emphasize what Lyru had to say, which is what I (and others, though in their own ways), have been trying to point out from the beginning.

To whom is this directed to, if I may ask? If it's me, then I want to apologize if it may seem to you that the comments I've been passing are rude. I did not and never have wanted (not my way of doing things) to be fix things and make my point with rudeness.
