good card ruling of fiendish chain

Fiendish is a commonly used trap cards by pros to intermediate class players!
Its a nice card that does alot for the user, can stop big plays and stays on the field the whole time till the monster leaves the field, and stop big attackers like giant beat sticks.

1.rescue rabbit vs fiendish chain

rescue rabbits eff resolves off the field, so in that case the fiendish chain would be virtually useless.
although in the sense fiendish chain would be faster in activation.

2.fiendish chain being activated during the bp(battle phase)

Fiendish chain technically cannot be activated during the bp. Due to the the break down of the bp, the turn player has the right to activate spell speed 2 cards now which the opp can chain too, "that may, but not have to, respond to the attack declaration."
when the turn player declares the attack, the Turn Player may retain the right to activate effects as in free to activate cards that perform an action when a monster attacks or any other effect with timing that they can meet.

but some may say different but on the rulings of th bp this it what the rulebook states.
" That means before changing, so you would still be before the battle phase. Unless it includes that you must pass priority in battle phase before declaring an attack..."

3. safe zone vs fiendish chain

Safe zone will not negate the fiendish chain. OR in better words it(safe zone) will not stop fiendish chain from targeting you monster monster. Because Fiendish Chain targets on activation. So it's already targeted and Safe Zone cant stop activation/cost (depending on which word is better used).

These are the most commonly used mistakes i see.
