Josh, come on man. Even I knew that he didn't deserve a 5. Archfiend is at most, but I think he needs a retest because evilswarm is kind of tier 1, regardless on what we decided on as the official tier list.

I want to limit testing but when we recruit we dont have enough testers/staff online so it goes back to the same thing
but 5/5 on lswarm is exactly the kinda shit that makes me wanna limit testing
