Win Ratio (Student-tester) 2-0= 15 2-1=10 1-2=5 0-2=0

No Tier Decks Of The Current Format Allowed During Test/Retest..
Kuriboh:Below 30
Stardust:30
Archfield: 40
Exodia:50


(Remember When Testing Someone, The Tester/Testee Cant Do FTK, OTK During A Test/Restest, Also Must Give The Testee 3 Turns To Make  A Play Otherwise It Wouldnt Be A Fair Test Duel. This Also  Includes No Exodia,Burns,Stalling,Deck- Outs) If The Testee Doesnt Follow The Rubric Then The Testee Will Wait 3 Days For Its Test.

by "no e-dragons and spellbooks" do you mean decks built around them or any cards in the archetype?

i read somewhere on this website dark world is not allowed to be used for testing but i don't see it here so can i use dark world or no

I guess if dark world is tier 1 deck... (Like evilswarm)

This list may be a little outdated, but fair enough.

we need to make a ban list on deck for reals i am not trying point any body out, but some played a deck that i used to be really crazy with and ya i was drepping summon remembering what i used to do and kinda just like oh if i do this then this and this... 12 SS later... https://i.imgur.com/hc8udCY.png and ya... first turn.... i thought i still needed red eyes atk and since he was at zero.... ya i kinda said no to that test and redid and back off a bit but still played hard... good old adam spam and had the the perfect hand.

am i reading it right, it seems like the only deck available for a test is a mishmash of cards, otherwise every deck is a tier deck i run lightsworns mainly so since lightsworns are tier does that mean i cant test with them? if i am reading this wrong could someone clarify acceptable non tier decks?
