Only vice chancellor's, admins , testers and dorm leaders can test. Only dorm leaders can retest

See, there's a minor problem with the retesting rule; The headmasters of a dorm are not always on, and likewise are not all capable of being good testers. I don't quite understand the purpose of this rule, as the current problem is that there are typically too many testees and not enough testers. Limiting the number of people that can test, naturally, does not help.

I agree with Lyru. I see testers online more often. Why not allow them to retest too? But that's just feom my own experience within my timezone.

Ok, there isnt that much wrong with what you said except for saying "dorm leaders" and can test and retest. A test is meant to evaluate a duelist, as a result, the tester must be of adequate skill.
Now, with such rule you give permission to kuribohs to test. And a major error, only "dorm leaders" can test is a completely absurd statement. There are 4 dorm leaders and who knows how many testees, why restrict that aspect, why not allow everyone stated above the authority to retest?

Going out on a limb here but maybe when he says only dorm leaders can retest maybe he means dorm leaders only retest people in their dorm

that would make slightly more sense and is somewhat reasonable
