Well then, Apparently Asura was unable to choose between aerozam and I so she made us both admins but that is fine, the more admins the better.
Since I was head tester, and now admin, am I still head tester or do I need someone to do that instead? (Asura respond to this)

May I offer my services as a head tester? I'm already quite capable of being a tester alone, and I'm on very frequently.

I suggest that we choose the next head tester by test duels of the existing testers plus those who aren't, but maybe depending on the dorm they belong too. Just a suggestion. Or maybe the head tester can be voted for?

Well, I had something similar planned for the existing testers and a few archfiend and exodia members. I thought of a tournament format, but that would not prove the best tester, only the best duelist, so I said I could figure something out. Maybe pretending to be noob and being personally tested by each person who applied under the following format.
Deck Used ?/5 (Strength of the deck and how easy it wins a duel)
Attitude ?/5 (Correcting the mistakes made, holding in duel convo etc.)
Aggression ?/5 (How aggressive the tester is towards winning ; shouldn't be too easy to make noobs think they good, shouldn't destroy the opponent and break confidence etc.)
Results ?/5 (How well the results are written, not in terms of format but if the correct no. of marks are assigned and where)

Total ?/20 - No-one with a score of 17 and below will be considered
Then based on further judging of attitude towards testing and weather or not you are readily available etc. I will pick the best suited member.

Note : Only archfiends and above (and testers obviously) may enter this competition
If This works out, after re-evaluation and improvement this could be a rubic to choose a tester (the more testers, the more we can recruit cuz they can be tested)
