Tester Deck: Blackwings
Testee Deck: Blue-Eyes Rulers
Now before I go on with the results, I know it's Dragon Rulers, but it was in preparation for the new format so the build only consisted of one of each Ruler. So to me calling it a Dragon Ruler "variant" is kinda pushing it.

Deck size: 40-43=10 (40 cards, awesome.)
Originality: 1 (Sorry, it's the standard Blue Eyes but just with some Ruler engines put in.)
Knowledge Of Rulings: 5 (No mistakes here.)
Skill with deck: 2 (You only synched one monster and that was Scrap Dragon, which is usually what Rulers do, you had so many opportunities to make Felgrand or even Helio, but I saw nothing.)
Quickness of the deck: 2 (This build is very slow, you just weren't able to make those explosive plays that the Dragon Rulers are known for.)
Side deck: 3 (Expand your side deck.)
Win Ratio (Student-tester) 0-2=0
