Is there really any point in a "hypothetical" test? He's already made archfiend, it would be unfair to rob him of that right.

As Head of Archfiend Dorm I felt it necessary to judge the skill of the person that jumped from Kuriboh for myself.

This was my judgement.
Hypothetical being it wouldnt effect him...

The other retest I just did seems legit since Duke was Stardust and a former Archfiend. I trust that Duke made Archfiend with his experience, but if you want to check up on him, I don't mind.
