Head Testing Replacement

Anyone who will like to apply for the position Put your name here
I will test you by dueling you as the testee, or watching you test a person
You will be marked under the following format

Deck Used ?/5 (Strength of the deck used on the testee)
Attitude ?/5 (Correcting the mistakes made, holding in duel convo etc.)
Aggression ?/5 (How aggressive the tester is towards winning ; shouldn't be too easy to make noobs think they good, shouldn't destroy the opponent and break confidence etc.)
Results ?/5 (How well the results are written, not in terms of format but if the correct no. of marks are assigned and where)
Tester/Testee ?/5 (whether or not the tester makes mediocre mistakes or misplays, unless intentional to test for knowledge of rulings, and how often)

Total ?/25 - No-one with a score of 22 and below will be considered
Then based on further judging of attitude towards testing and weather or not you are readily available, Activity level etc. I will pick the best suited member.

What exactly does being a head tester imply?

Its not like am the one to explain this.. if i am wrong plz kaos correct for me.. being head tester will let u place in dorm and for some1 to become a tester the head one should approve him & he is a mod and i think he can edit the test rubric

Being head tester implies complete control in the testing department alongside the admins.
1. Able to make decisions on who becomes tester.
2. Able to say who is no longer a tester.
3. Can make decisions related to editing the rubic with approval from an admin.
4. Can over-rule test results and retest the person if you believe necessary.
5. Modship.
6. Glow.
