Deck size: 40=10
Originality: unclear as most was set...i'll have to give it a 3
Knowledge Of Rulings:I did one obvious mistake but coupled it with a more subtle one as a test he caught one and missed the second...3, (Not a lot of rulings came up)
Skill with deck=1 (by his own admission wanted to use a different one and while i never did even my minor lock-downs he never got a proper play off with his gb's
Quickness of the deck: he seemed to never have a hand but benefit of doubt as only had two hands in one of them...2
Side deck:Certainly didn't seem to side but may have done one or two...2 (again never would've known the difference form first duel as set a lot)

No tier 1 On the test..
