It is in my opinion that the chat moderator abilities should be given to a subject(s) based on the belief that the subject(s) has the required attributes for the job and not because of how many topics a subject(s) can post!
It is also in my opinion that if that is the only way to obtain mod status then you are only making it harder for the academy to find a subject(s) who is fit for the job!
